Ladies ~ We've all experienced those situations that seem to set off the same set of patterns: negative self-talk, frustration, your common fight/flight/freeze responses, and the regret/shame that often follows. We'll be using our time together to dive into some discussions and self-reflective activities to bring some self-awareness to the cycles and loops you're tired of repeating! Collective Wisdom to the rescue! While our stories and stresses are different, the insights and different perspectives offered in our gently guided small group session deepens our understandings! 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM CST August 10, August 17 and August 24 $66 for the series

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy Varies based on the type of event. Please note the cancellation or rescheduling policy specific to your event. Thank you! *Massage / Coaching Sessions - Please call to reschedule. No Shows may result in a fee. *ZOOM series can be cancelled 24 hours in advance of the first day of the series. No partial refunds. *1 day events can be cancelled MORE THAN 2 weeks in advance of the event for a full refund. 14 days or less will receive a 50% refund. 7 days or less will not be refunded. *Weekend events PAID IN FULL at the time of booking can be cancelled up MORE THAN 30 days in advance of the event for a full refund. 30 days in advance will receive a 50% refund. 14 days or less will not be refunded. *Weekend events ON A PAYMENT PLAN cancelling MORE THAN 30 days in advance of the event will be refunded monies invested. Cancelling 30 days or less will not be refunded. We put a lot of time and effort into creating the perfect experience for you. The weekend retreats are truly a labor of love with a tiny profit margin. It can be very hard to fill a space so close to the event date... I thank you for your understanding our policies! Questions?
