Maybe you're just generally feeling stuck and need some inspiration!!! It's time to take charge of your life and create the life of your dreams! This series will be guided by Life Coach Amy DeAnda! Join on ZOOM for this 4-session series on creating change through gently guided discussions, self-reflective activities and a few guaranteed laughs! "Getting Out of Your Own Way" is intended to bring awareness to and remove limiting beliefs, emotional clutter, and attachments to "how things have always been" ...Let's trade stumbling blocks and fear for growth mindset and endless possibilities! 4-week series ~ Monday evenings January 12, 19, 26 and February 2 Topics: Week 1 - Satisfaction and Praise Week 2 - Negative Self-Talk and Fear Week 3 - Pride, Motivation and Inspiration Week 4 - Safety and Gratitude 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM $60 for the series

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy Varies based on the type of event. Please note the cancellation or rescheduling policy specific to your event. Thank you! *Massage / Coaching Sessions - Please call to reschedule. No Shows may result in a fee. *ZOOM series can be cancelled 24 hours in advance of the first day of the series. No partial refunds. *1 day events can be cancelled MORE THAN 2 weeks in advance of the event for a full refund. 14 days or less will receive a 50% refund. 7 days or less will not be refunded. *Weekend events PAID IN FULL at the time of booking can be cancelled up MORE THAN 30 days in advance of the event for a full refund. 30 days in advance will receive a 50% refund. 14 days or less will not be refunded. *Weekend events ON A PAYMENT PLAN cancelling MORE THAN 30 days in advance of the event will be refunded monies invested. Cancelling 30 days or less will not be refunded. We put a lot of time and effort into creating the perfect experience for you. The weekend retreats are truly a labor of love with a tiny profit margin. It can be very hard to fill a space so close to the event date... I thank you for your understanding our policies! Questions?
