No matter what you’ve been through, you always have the power to choose how you respond and how much you allow your past to shape your future. Forgiveness should not be about excusing harmful behavior or removing someone’s responsibility for their actions. It is a courageous decision to release yourself from the weight of pain, resentment, and victimhood of your own human experience. Together we’ll explore the concept of self-acceptance; extending grace to self to reclaim your strength, soften your heart, and make room for healing, peace, and hope. The greatest gift of forgiveness isn’t setting someone else free. It isn't releasing others from blame -- it’s setting yourself free to move forward with purpose and joy. The truth is, there is no "right way" to do life. There are no mistakes and no there is no "one-size-fits-all" way to respond to life's struggles. Your path is yours... and only yours. Flow & Grow"*** $400 covers the cost of retreat, materials, sound healing, comfortable on-site lodging and all meals except for Saturday evening.* *Saturday evening meal: Participant Paid. Reservations at a local restaurant. Retreat Hours: Friday Night is Optional but Highly Recommended (arrival time 5 to 6 PM) - come settle in, enjoy the evening sunset and make connections! Retreat begins Saturday 9 AM until 2 PM on Sunday Location: The relaxing and spacious lakeside home on Lake Whitney in Whitney, Texas has been quite a hit so we're back again in 2026! Sunsets over the lake, hot tub, fire pit, and comfortable dorm-style sleeping (queen beds)! Self-Growth opportunities should not break the bank! We do our best to keep our retreats reasonably-priced by developing fantastic relationships with lodging owners and offering payment plans. Interested? Have questions? Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy Varies based on the type of event. Please note the cancellation or rescheduling policy specific to your event. Thank you! *Massage / Coaching Sessions - Please call to reschedule. No Shows may result in a fee. *ZOOM series can be cancelled 24 hours in advance of the first day of the series. No partial refunds. *1 day events can be cancelled MORE THAN 2 weeks in advance of the event for a full refund. 14 days or less will receive a 50% refund. 7 days or less will not be refunded. *Weekend events PAID IN FULL at the time of booking can be cancelled up MORE THAN 30 days in advance of the event for a full refund. 30 days in advance will receive a 50% refund. 14 days or less will not be refunded. *Weekend events ON A PAYMENT PLAN cancelling MORE THAN 30 days in advance of the event will be refunded monies invested. Cancelling 30 days or less will not be refunded. We put a lot of time and effort into creating the perfect experience for you. The weekend retreats are truly a labor of love with a tiny profit margin. It can be very hard to fill a space so close to the event date... I thank you for your understanding our policies! Questions?
