Ladies ~ You deserve a day of giving to yourself! What better way to be living your best life than to commit to a day of learning and healing sound bath. Small group, in-depth class on boundaries: creating them, respecting them, and practicing them! Guided by Life Coach Amy DeAnda and includes lunch! Sound Healing provided by Healing Practioner, Lizbeth Hellen! Our Boundaries class is.... .... defining "What is a healthy boundary?" and "How do I know if I need one?" ....an in-depth look at identifying the unhealthy patterns in our lives that keep us from creating healthy boundaries. ....taking a look at true commitment to respecting boundaries (yours and someone else's) .... a safe space to practice speaking your truth. .... gently guided discussion and activities. ....small group. Limited to 6 because every voice matters Gather. Connect. Share. Make some new friends! Our classes are all about creating community and sharing in a safe space! Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy Varies based on the type of event. Please note the cancellation or rescheduling policy specific to your event. Thank you! *Massage / Coaching Sessions - Please call to reschedule. No Shows may result in a fee. *ZOOM series can be cancelled 24 hours in advance of the first day of the series. No partial refunds. *1 day events can be cancelled MORE THAN 2 weeks in advance of the event for a full refund. 14 days or less will receive a 50% refund. 7 days or less will not be refunded. *Weekend events PAID IN FULL at the time of booking can be cancelled up MORE THAN 30 days in advance of the event for a full refund. 30 days in advance will receive a 50% refund. 14 days or less will not be refunded. *Weekend events ON A PAYMENT PLAN cancelling MORE THAN 30 days in advance of the event will be refunded monies invested. Cancelling 30 days or less will not be refunded. We put a lot of time and effort into creating the perfect experience for you. The weekend retreats are truly a labor of love with a tiny profit margin. It can be very hard to fill a space so close to the event date... I thank you for your understanding our policies! Questions?
