Individual guidance sessions tailored specifically to help you find empowerment and inspiration. Whether you are working on a specific issue or multiple major life shifts, it's important to be heard. Let's work together to create a plan for the life you'd like to embrace. Let's work together to: *Feel safe in sharing (vulnerability IS a super power!) *Override unhealthy patterns *Let go of what no longer serves you *Create boundaries *Navigate change *Manage difficult relationships *Stay positive during long-term health issues *Determine next steps/move forward .... and so much more! What I have to offer: Experience matters! I hold dear a lifetime of my own lived experiences...oh yes, the real life struggles!....as a deep well of experience to draw from and genuinely relate. What time and age has taught me is that MY answers are not YOUR answers. I'm here to work with you to help YOU determine ideas, steps and solutions that work for YOU. And above all, your life experiences are not mine to judge or question ~ all of life is a journey filled with lessons and challenges. Our focus together will be opportunities and embracing the mindset for growth and possibilities. Walk and Talk Sessions: Let's take a walk around the neighborhood or local park during your session (in kinder weather months) Sit down Sessions: Traditional in-person setting Zoom Sessions: for the client that prefers to meet on-line Day and early evening options available PAYMENT INFO: 5 sessions at $60/hour: $300 (due in full after complimentary consultation) 3 sessions at $75/hour: $225 (due in full after complimentary consultation) Let's discuss your needs and frequency of sessions. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy Varies based on the type of event. Please note the cancellation or rescheduling policy specific to your event. Thank you! *Massage / Coaching Sessions - Please call to reschedule. No Shows may result in a fee. *ZOOM series can be cancelled 24 hours in advance of the first day of the series. No partial refunds. *1 day events can be cancelled MORE THAN 2 weeks in advance of the event for a full refund. 14 days or less will receive a 50% refund. 7 days or less will not be refunded. *Weekend events PAID IN FULL at the time of booking can be cancelled up MORE THAN 30 days in advance of the event for a full refund. 30 days in advance will receive a 50% refund. 14 days or less will not be refunded. *Weekend events ON A PAYMENT PLAN cancelling MORE THAN 30 days in advance of the event will be refunded monies invested. Cancelling 30 days or less will not be refunded. We put a lot of time and effort into creating the perfect experience for you. The weekend retreats are truly a labor of love with a tiny profit margin. It can be very hard to fill a space so close to the event date... I thank you for your understanding our policies! Questions?
