Individual coaching sessions tailored specifically to your needs. Whether you are working on a specific issue or multiple major life changes, it's important to be heard. Let's work together to address changes you would like to make in your life. Empower yourself! Let's work together to empower you to: *Feel safe in sharing (vulnerability IS a super power!) *Allow for self-love *Recognize patterns *Let go of what no longer serves you *Remove barriers *Create boundaries *Navigate change *Manage difficult relationships *Stay positive during long-term health issues *Determine next steps/move forward .... and so much more! APPOINMENT INFO: Please call 512.577.7638 to set up an initial 30-minute free consultation appointment. I would be honored to work with you! Walk and Talk Sessions: Let's take a walk around the neighborhood or local park during your coaching session Sit down Sessions: Traditional in-person setting Zoom Sessions: for the client that prefers to meet on-line Day and evening options available PAYMENT INFO: 5 sessions at $60/hour: $300 (due in full after complimentary consultation) 3 sessions at $75/hour: $225 (due in full after complimentary consultation) Let's discuss your needs and frequency of sessions. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy Varies based on the type of event. Please note the cancellation or rescheduling policy specific to your event. Thank you! *1 day events can be cancelled 3 days in advance of the event. *Weekend events can be cancelled 30 days in advance of the event for a full refund. Less than 30 days for a 50% refund. 14 days or less will not be refunded. *ZOOM series can be cancelled 24 hours in advance of the event. No partial refunds.
