Self-Love Journey: A 1-Day Retreat

Life Coach Amy DeAnda will be facilitating this small group experience of simple but helpful activities and gently guided discussions intended to help each of us feel more confident in living our best lives! She will be joined by Sound Healing Practitioner MadyJane who will provide a soul-nourishing sound healing experience during our retreat. We will be focused on.... 1. What is self-love and am I giving to myself? 2. Identifying the Inner Coach vs. Inner Critic and Tools and Activities to help shift your mindset. This is a supportive space to consider your real life triggers or challenges with no judgment. 3. What are boundaries? How do I know if I need a boundary? 4. Discussions around creating personal happiness and honoring Self. 5. Creating Personal Power Statements Do you give and feel unseen or that your contributions are overlooked, underappreciated or taken advantage of? Do you struggle with the little voice in your head that says you aren't good enough? Do you feel like you need better boundaries in your life? Or maybe just wonder how to set a healthy boundary? If you've answered YES to any of these, don't worry ~ you're not alone .... there's a lot of us out here learning how to give to ourselves. It's never too late to start putting yourself first!! Loving yourself is not a destination...it is a path, a practice and a choice. It's a journey! Kovar Sanctuary is a 5-star Airbnb with dorm-style sleeping arrangements. This is especially nice if you'd prefer not to drive back after a full day. Enjoy dinner in town, have a relaxed evening and head out Sunday morning! PAYMENT INFO: $150 covers the cost of the retreat. Lunch will be provided.
