Ladies ~ You deserve a day of giving to yourself! What better way to be living your best life than to commit to a day of learning and healthy luxuriating! 10 AM - 3:30 PM - Small group, in-depth class on boundaries: creating them, respecting them, and practicing them! (Lunch Included!) 3:30 PM - 5:30 PM - Luxuriate in some self -care: red light therapy, compression boot, infrared sauna and cold plunge therapy sessions! Our Boundaries class is.... .... defining "What is a healthy boundary?" and "How do I know if I need one?" ....an in-depth look at identifying the unhealthy patterns in our lives that keep us from creating healthy boundaries. ....taking a look at true commitment to respecting boundaries (yours and someone else's) .... a safe space to practice speaking your truth. .... gently guided discussion and activities. Gather. Connect. Share. Make some new friends! Our classes are all about creating community and sharing in a safe space! This 5.5 hour in-person class will be guided by Life Coach Amy DeAnda and includes lunch! After our class, enjoy some downtime to include: +Red light therapy session + a contrast therapy session of 20 minutes in the Infrared Sauna followed by a cold plunge ...and massaging compression boot session to encourage better circulation! Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy Varies based on the type of event. Please note the cancellation or rescheduling policy specific to your event. Thank you! *Massage / Coaching Sessions - Please call to reschedule. No Shows may result in a fee. *1 day events can be cancelled 2 weeks in advance of the event for a full refund. Less than 14 days for a 50% refund. 7 days or less will not be refunded. *Weekend events can be cancelled 30 days in advance of the event for a full refund. Less than 30 days for a 50% refund. 14 days or less will not be refunded. *ZOOM series can be cancelled 24 hours in advance of the event. No partial refunds. We put a lot of effort into creating the perfect experience for you... thank you for your understanding! I am also happy to help you with a reschedule!
